We specialise in the digital environment. We design and produce websites, mobile campaigns and develop digital strategies that work for you. We consider all channels and all devices when providing you a digital solution. It is imperative that we consider how and when your target market are viewing your digital presence.

There are three components to a good digital solution - the strategy, the design and the development. We take all 3 components into account for each and every project brief.

We don’t just provide an ‘off-the-shelf’ solution for our clients, we do the research and due diligence to provide the solution that best meets your business and marketing objectives before we make recommendations. Each client is different and will require a different solution; this is why we look at the brief from a number of different angles before presenting the final proposal and recommendations.

Application of Best Practice & Project Delivery

Different clients have different needs; the FiNAO delivery process is tailored and customised to your specific requirements. FiNAO believes in providing the most efficient and effective method of delivery, one that works with the way you work. The Project team has nearly 30 years of web delivery experience. It is this experience that is key in delivering projects on schedule and to budget. It is essential to second-guess what may happen, and furthermore, where possible, prevent issues occurring in the first place.

Although we do have a process of delivery we recognise the need to be flexible and react to the situation as required. Following a rigid delivery procedure can be detrimental to the successful outcome – Flexibility is key to a successful outcome.

We have a range of tried and tested Standard Operational Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure projects are delivered to scope and within schedule and budget. This includes an internal and external approval process for system development, electronic broadcasts and change management.

Risk management is a key focus. All ‘scope changes’ carry risk that is fully assessed prior to implementation. Internal systems and processes are in place to ensure that work is processed and channeled as required.

FiNAO uses a dedicated project management system to ensure the process is followed; project details are shared, dates are diarised and all relevant team members know their individual responsibilities. If a milestone is not met then alarms are initiated with emails going to the project team. FiNAO will customise the existing process and procedure to suit your specific requirements
